Where we ship
We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO military addresses. All eligible orders receive free standard shipping.
Handling and transit
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 4–6 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Order cut-off and business days
Our order cut-off is 07:00 PM (GMT−06:00), fixed Central Standard Time (Chicago reference), year-round. It does not change for daylight saving time. Orders placed before the cut-off on a business day may begin processing that day. Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing on the next business day. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping cost and tax
Standard shipping is $0 for every eligible order. Checkout displays tax as $0. This does not represent a statement that products are legally tax-exempt.
