These terms apply to your use of luuxeloop.shop and purchases accepted by luuxeloop.
Products and prices
Product pages describe the offered designs, colors, materials and dimensions. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colors appear. Prices are listed in USD. The applicable product price and charges are displayed at checkout before you submit payment authorization.
Payment authorization
When submitting a payment request, you authorize the applicable charge shown at checkout through the available payment method. You must be authorized to use that payment method. A submitted payment request alone does not establish that payment has been completed or that an order has been accepted.
Order acceptance
An order is accepted when luuxeloop confirms its acceptance. Payment and order status must be established by the applicable transaction and order confirmation. Contact support if you have questions about a submitted request or its status.
Delivery
We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or APO/FPO military addresses. All eligible orders receive free standard shipping. Order handling takes 1–2 business days. Transit takes an estimated 3–4 business days after dispatch, for an estimated total of 4–6 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Please provide an accurate and complete delivery address. Our Shipping Policy explains processing dates and the fixed time-zone cut-off.
Returns and refunds
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. For change-of-mind returns, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. These ordinary return conditions do not prevent claims for defective, damaged or incorrect items. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for authorization, shipping costs, the French return address and refund timing. No restocking fee applies.
Product care and use
Follow the product-specific care instructions. Do not use a stool as a ladder or standing platform. No certified load rating or performance guarantee is stated on this website.

These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
